PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
for the provision of paid educational services for teaching a foreign language (online and offline)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document is an official public offer of the Service Provider to заключить договор for providing paid educational services to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1.2. By accepting the Offer, the Client confirms agreement with all terms.

2. DEFINITIONS
Offer — this document
Acceptance — payment for services
Client — the person who paid
Consumer — the person receiving services
Lesson — session of 30, 60, or 90 minutes
Subscription — package of lessons
Materials — digital products (PDFs, recordings, etc.)

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The Provider agrees to deliver foreign language learning services.
3.2. Services are provided online and/or offline.
3.3. The Client agrees to pay for services.

4. SERVICES
Services include:

individual lessons
group lessons
clubs
lectures and workshops
smart lessons
digital materials

5. ACCEPTANCE
5.1. The agreement is concluded upon payment.

6. PRICING
6.1. Single services

Smart lesson — 3,000 AMD / 30 min
Materials — 3,000 AMD / item
Lecture/workshop — 4,000 AMD / person
Group lesson — 4,500 AMD / person
Individual lesson — 12,000 AMD / hour

6.2. Subscriptions

6.3. Discounts

Free first session
5% early renewal
15% first subscription
10% birthday discount

7. CANCELLATION
Free cancellation — 4 hours before session
Otherwise session is considered completed

8. REFUNDS

Materials are non-refundable
Subscription refunds = unused sessions only

9. LIABILITY
The Provider is not liable for:

technical issues on the Client’s side

10. TERM
The agreement is valid from payment until completion.

11. DATA
Client agrees to data processing.
